The Tacmalh Alliance was a confederation of tribal kingdoms formed on the Island of Fol. The original alliance was between Jelafed, Auxbahn, Taben, and Instafar. As seen in the middle of the video, the alliance adopted a “HRE-esque” imperial system, in which the leading alliance member held primary governing power, further incentivizing smaller states in the alliance to unite and form larger entities (e.g. the Veef Confederation and Tacmalh Confederation). Eventually, all of these groups United into the state of Fol soon after conquering and integrating neighboring islands.

For context, the Island of Fol is approximately the size of Mexico

A couple of interesting states were the:

• Co-Kingship of Instafar, seen uniting at the beginning of the video. At its territorial peak, it was a little smaller than California

• The Tacmalh Confederation (a sub-level organization within the Tacmalh Alliance). At its territorial peak, it was approximately the size of Mali

• The Veef Confederation (a group of diverse tribes united solely to compete with Instafar and Tacmalh in political power). At its territorial peak, it was approximately the size of Mali

• The Kingdom of Alapu (a tribal kingdom which faced constant conflict for decades against Tacmalh). A little bigger than Hungary

• The Bequn Region (a sparsely populated region of tribes which would later become the namesake of the Bequin Empire, the conquerers of Dipamu)

*it is also worth noting that, like in real life, the “tribes” in the video do not all share similar governing structures nor would they be referred to as “tribes” in their respective regions. Some of the groups, such as Renon, were loosely organized and placed under one state due to shared culture and cohesive mapping restrictions; while others, such as Stoca, held a cohesive and defined nation.
